TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By participating, you (the Entrant) agree that you have read the Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is open to Australian Residents aged 18 years or over and must provide proof of purchase from SatPhone Shop www.satphoneshop.com or at 5/8 Anzed Court, Mulgrave VIC. Invoice/receipt must be uploaded to the competition entry page.

3. The competition will commence at 9:00am AEST, Monday 13th May 2019 and closes 3:00pm AEST, Sunday 18th August 2019.

4. The Winner will be drawn 3:00pm AEST, Sunday 18th August 2019 and will be randomly selected from all valid entries. There will only be one Winner.

5. The winner will be drawn randomly and will be contacted by phone and email to confirm their details in order to claim the prize.

6. In the event that for any reason the winner cannot claim the prize it will be redrawn

7. Total value of prize is $5,000.00. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or any other products.

8. Entrant must have a current Australian Passport.

9. Entrant must agree to medical check prior to departure. Departure is September 12, 2019.

10. The Entrant must consent to OE Mag and SatPhone Shop using their name and images in any media for unlimited period without remuneration
