Monster Health Food Co is an all Australian family business producing great tasting healthy breakfast cereals since 1993. We are committed to making well balanced muesli without over processing the ingredients. We use 100% Australian grain. All our products have Health Star Ratings between 4 and 5 making our muesli a super healthy choice. We combine super foods such as quinoa, chia, lupin flake with our wholegrain grains to make eight different varieties of muesli. There is Monster for every dietary requirement.
We have nut free; we have gluten free; we have low sugar varieties. We have muesli with nuts – Aussie walnuts, Aussie almonds and Aussie macadamias. We have a variety for everyone. We even have one with dark chocolate, chia and walnuts. Yum.

Tear open the top, add milk or water or yoghurt and eat from the pack. They are portable, convenient and healthy. Breakfast is an important part of an athlete’s day. It is a meal not to be missed and perhaps good to repeat more than once per day. Grains and nuts and seeds in muesli will sustain you throughout your training. We have used ingredients like lupin flake which is 40% protein and 37% fibre. It is the super food of the moment. It is rich in potassium, magnesium and is Low GI. Then we use Quinoa and Chia seeds too which we know are great for our bodies. Muesli in general is a healthy food, but with our wholegrain specially rolled to our thickness of grain, Monster Health Food muesli is a good choice for active bodies.

Most of our mueslis contain a mixture of rolled oats, barley, wheat and triticale and that is before we start adding the seeds, and pulses and nuts.
